We are regarded as having an innovative approach to the delivery of SVQs. We do not regard training as a 'box ticking' exercise.

In order to offer a tailored service to our customers we use your policies, procedures and existing training plans to design assessments, coaching sessions and workshops to fit with the development of your organisation. Our aim is to develop the individual and answer the needs of the company.

One of the main issues with an SVQ qualification is maintaining motivation for the candidate. This we do by goal setting, personal interviews, coaching and tailor made workshops. We do not create a competitive environment but encourage teamwork and a culture of mutual support.

Funding for these courses is frequently available.
